We are delighted that you decided to visit our website and learn about what God is doing at First Methodist of Azle. 

We invite you to come and check us out this weekend at one of our worship services. We know that going to a new church can be intimidating, so we try to do things in a way where you’ll feel welcome and not like an outsider. When you come, you can participate or just sit back and observe. You’ll discover a warm atmosphere, practical teaching from God's Word and lots of friendly people pursuing God together. And with childcare and classes for all ages, your family will love it too!

Why Become a Member?

Those who desire to join FMCA join like-minded, Bible-believing, Christ-centered, Spirit-led, Christians on our walk of discipleship together. We take vows to encourage one another in Christian love and hold each other to our common beliefs in Christ and his Church. We are not perfect (all sinners saved by God’s grace in Christ) …but we take our vows seriously and graciously as we live holy lives together in the Spirit of Christ.

BEING A MEMBER OF FMCA SAYS:

I belong here - Romans 12:5

I join with other sinners saved by grace - Ephesians 2:5

I am to be holy - Romans 12:1-2

I am in Christian ministry - Romans 12:6-9

I trust in God’s Word - Psalm 119:105

I am loved and will love - John 13:35

All members acknowledge that they have been baptized and attended a FMCA Membership Class (offered quarterly) and will follow the Membership Vows of the First Methodist Church Of Azle before submitting a Membership Application.
