We are singing a new song! Pastor Ray encourages us to remember, “God Reclaims Our Loss.” In Luke 15:1-10, Pharisees and teachers of the law ridiculed Jesus for ‘welcoming and eating with sinners”. He shares two parables: one about a lost sheep and the other about a lost coin. In each, the loss is unaware. Someone searched for the sheep and the coin, picked them up, and brushed them off. They could not find themselves. They only realized they were lost once they were found. There is joy found in seeking. There is also joy found in accepting help. Let us seek the lost. There are plenty of them around. Let us begin our Life in Christ! Thank you, Jesus! Come as you are and explore.
